From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel completely at ease. She explains everything clearly, checks in often to make sure you’re comfortable, and goes above and beyond every single visit. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ health—not just getting them in and out. She’s patient, thorough, and has such a calming presence. "We have had a great experience at Hammock Bay Dental! They made our kids first dentist visits fun! Ms. Sarah made them feel comfortable, was very patient with them, she explained everything so that they could understand what would she was doing, and let them “participate” (play with the water/air/suction which was a big hit with two little boys!). I’m so glad we have this office in Freeport. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The office itself is beautiful. I like the convenience of being able to text for appt updates/changes."

"I just had my first visit to Hammock Bay Dental and it was absolutely great! Dr. Brayden Elsmore and Michele were so very kind and professional. They explained everything in detail and made me feel totally at ease. I was an emergency visit wirh a fractured upper molar. I was able to have a crown made and permanently placed in one visit! The serene feel of the office and the amazing technology of their equipment is outstanding. Having them located here in Hammock Bay is just icing on the cake. I truly have found my new dentist!!"

"Both of my kiddos had appointments this week. I have been pleased with this dental office since making the appointments and the office staff answering all of my questions! The check-in process was easy and Kasie was very friendly. Our hygienists were fabulous, Dr. Brayden was friendly, professional and efficient, and Dr. Esmeralda was knowledgeable, friendly, and so sweet and kind. Again, the check-out process was easy and Mashayla was very helpful and friendly. I’m looking forward to many years of this office taking care of my family’s dental needs."

"I visited Hammock Bay Dental today for the first time, and I was extremely impressed! The facility is state-of-the-art, beautifully designed, and very tastefully decorated. From the front desk staff to the dentist, everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. My hygienist was wonderful ~friendly, gentle, and very thorough. The only small note I’d mention is that while the music was fine, it was a bit loud for me and made me feel a little anxious. A slightly lower volume would make the relaxing atmosphere even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so happy to have found such a top-notch dental office. Highly recommend!"
