How do I schedule an appointment?

What days and times is your office open?
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMPlease note we’re only open every other Friday. Please contact us to confirm before your visit.

Do you take insurance?
Yes, our office is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Careington, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, Liberty Mutual, and Principal.

Do you offer payment plans or other financial options?
We work with several external payment plan providers, including Cherry and Proceed Finance, to offer convenient monthly financing plans. You can also join one of our in-house membership plans, if you’re looking for an alternative to insurance.

Where do I park at your office?
We offer ample, easily accessible parking for patients directly outside our practice.

Do you see children?
Absolutely! We offer pediatric services specifically designed to help kids and teens develop strong oral health.

How long will my visit take?
It’s difficult to predict how long your visit will last. This depends on the type of consultation or service being provided and your individual dental needs.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please come for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will help us make sure we have all the necessary patient and insurance information (if applicable).
